Reporting Policy
- Every report must include at least one piece of supporting material — screenshots, clips, chat logs or replays
- All reports must be submitted in good faith. False submissions may result in moderation action
- Reports are stored and tracked against player history and tournament logs
Review Process
- A case ID is automatically generated
- Assigned moderators review evidence (chat logs, match data, report history)
- Outcome determined within 24–72 hours
- Sanctions (if any) are applied:
- No action
- Warning
- Temporary restriction
- Ban and XP removal
